Credit Cards:
At the moment we are accepting VISA Credit Cards by swapping in our office and Visa card not present. This process is electronic in sense that the moment the card passes through the machine the transaction is complete and funds can be realised  in  our bank account in the minimum of 4-7 days.
The electronic method (processing card not present) is now working with VISA credit cards only. Clients with VISA credit cards can pay using this card facility any amount agreed upon. The transaction is done in USA Dollars and your card will be charged the amount agreed upon and will be subjected to extra surcharge of 5% to cater for card processing.
Clients who are already in the country stand to enjoy this method. Other than walking into our office, we can also meet you at the hotel, airport or any other agreed place in Kampala with the processing machine and receive payments from you.
For international clients (Credit cards- VISA only is accepted) not present),
The transaction is done in USA dollars. Hope you will be using the  electronic method (processing card not present) To be secure with your credit card to avoid possible intruders, You will pass on you credit card details by faxing to us or by telephone not by email.  You will need to initiate the transaction with your credit card holder/Bank and send us the below details to allow us process the card. Below are the  card details we need:
1. Credit card No. (16 digits)
2. Expiry Date
3. CV V - 2- 3 digits at the back of you the card

Thus total  safari cost will be subjected to 5% surcharge . Thus the total will be USD Invoice total + 5% = USD To be charged on your card.

Cash Payments:
Cash payment is accepted only where it appears as the only option to pay, clients are requested to pay full amount on arrival or before the safari begins. US dollar notes of 50s and 100s notes are received. The notes to be of the year series printed from 2000 and above. Below notes of year 2000, and small denomination bills are generally not accepted here and few banks that accept them put extra charges.
Other Cash Payments: Pound sterling and Euros are accepted
Traveling Cheques:  will be accepted on the understanding of both the parties.
Wire Transfer:
All our major payments are done by telegraphic transfer (TT) /Wire transfer method is used pay funds to our specified Bank account (NET of overseas and your local bank charges).
